Depart at 8am for Tan Anwhere you fit your bike and pedal into the second biggest dragon fruits in Vietnam.  You will be greeting of local farmers while biking along the paths and numerous villages with some stops for pictures at vermicelli workshop, VinhTrang pagoda.

Afterward, we board on motorized boat for lunch at the Mekong Riverside with vietnamese delicious foods and take the horse-cart to the land of coconut in Ben Tre that taste and learn coconut candy making process. We also enjoy a sampan to our final boat ride back on land and catch Saigon around 5h30pm.

8:30AM depart from Sai Gon for My Tho. Arrive in My Tho city, board a dragon boat crusing along Mekong river to Thoi Son island. Dress Ao Ba Ba (traditional Mekong delta farmer’s cloth) and jump into the muddy creek to catch fishes. Enjoy fishes fried by straw (traditional Mekong delta dish). Have lunch at riverside restaurant.

Đến với mỹ tho tiền giang, quý khách không thể bỏ qua môn nghệ thuật đàn ca tài tử ở mỹ tho tiền giang, nét văn hóa vùng sông nước miền tây khá thú vị đây bạn nhe! Người thực hành Đờn ca tài tử gồm: người dạy đàn (thầy Đờn) có kỹ thuật đàn giỏi, thông thạo những bài bản cổ, dạy cách chơi các nhạc cụ; người đặt lời (thầy Tuồng) nắm giữ tri thức và kinh nghiệm, sáng tạo những bài bản mới; người dạy ca (thầy Ca) thông thạo những bài bản cổ, có kỹ thuật ca điêu luyện, dạy cách ca ngâm, ngân, luyến,...; người đờn (Danh cầm) là người chơi nhạc cụ và người ca (Danh ca) là người thể hiện các bài bản bằng lời.
Đờn ca tài tử nam bộ được thực hành theo nhóm, câu lạc bộ và gia đình, ít khi nhạc công độc tấu, mà thường song tấu, tam tấu, hòa tấu. Dàn nhạc thường cùng ngồi trên một bộ ván hoặc chiếu để biểu diễn với phong cách thảnh thơi, lãng đãng, dựa trên khung bài bản cố định gọi là “lòng bản”. Khán giả có thể cùng tham gia thực hành, bình luận và sáng tạo.

Đờn ca tài tử miền tây được truyền dạy theo hai hình thức: truyền ngón, truyền khẩu trực tiếp tại nhà, câu lạc bộ, gia đình, dòng họ; truyền ngón, truyền khẩu kết hợp với giáo án, bài giảng tại một số trường văn hóa nghệ thuật địa phương và quốc gia. Người học đàn cần ít nhất 3 năm để học những kỹ năng cơ bản như: rao, rung, nhấn, khảy, búng, phi, vê, láy, day, chớp, chụp…; học chơi độc chiếc, tam tấu, tứ tấu, ngũ tấu, lục tấu với các nhạc cụ khác nhau. Người học ca (đơn ca, song ca) học những bài truyền thống, trên cơ sở đó sáng tạo cách nhấn nhá, luyến láy tinh tế theo nhạc điệu và lời ca của bài gốc.

Người miền Nam coi Đờn ca tài tử là sinh hoạt văn hóa tinh thần không thể thiếu trong các dịp lễ hội, tết, giỗ, cưới, sinh nhật, họp mặt,… Lễ giỗ Tổ được tổ chức vào ngày 12/8 âm lịch hàng năm.

Đờn ca tài tử luôn được bổ sung, làm mới bằng cách kế thừa, kết hợp giá trị âm nhạc Cung đình, dân gian; đồng thời giao lưu, tiếp biến các yếu tố văn hóa của người Khmer, Hoa và phương Tây.

Hồ Chí Minh, Kiên Giang, Long An, Ninh Thuận, Sóc Trăng, Tây Ninh, Tiền Giang, Trà Vinh và Vĩnh Long.

Sông Tiền Giang: Là nguồn cung cấp nước ngọt chính, chảy 115km qua lãnh thổ Tiền Giang, cao trình đáy sông từ -6m đến -16m, bình quân -9m, độ dốc đáy đoạn Cái Bè - Mỹ Thuận khá lớn (10 - 13%) và lài hơn về đoạn hạ lưu (0,07%). Sông có chiều rộng 600 - 1.800m, tiết diện ướt vào khoảng 2.500 - 17.000 m2 và chịu ảnh hưởng thủy triều quanh năm. Lưu lượng mùa kiệt (tháng 4) khoảng 130 - 190m3/s.

Sông Vàm Cỏ Tây: Là một sông không có nguồn, lượng dòng chảy trên sông chủ yếu là từ sông Tiền chuyển qua. Sông Vàm Cỏ Tây là nơi nhận nước tiêu lũ từ Đồng Tháp Mười thoát ra và là 1 tuyến xâm nhập mặn chính. Tại Tân An cao trình đáy sông -21,5m, độ dốc đáy 0,02%, rộng 185m, tiết diện ướt 1.930m2, lưu lượng bình quân các tháng kiệt 9m3/s, lưu lượng lũ tối đa gần 5.000m3/s.
